Converted from a row of charming miners' cottages, the Inn has become a popular retreat over the years for those appreciating good food, fine wines, real ales and delightful en-suite accommodation.;
Dining
Our extensive menus are changed regularly to make the best of local & seasonal produce - as well keeping our chefs on their toes! There are dishes to suit the most discerning palate; among them you may see a Thai Chicken Curry; Fillet of Seabass on Crispy Vegetable Stirfry, Egg Noodles & Thai Dressing or a hearty Belly of Pork on Creamed Potato, Braised Savoy Cabbage & Black Pudding with Sage & Dijon Mustard Sauce. Vegetarians may be tempted by a Linguini with Spinach, Pine Nuts, Sun Blushed Tomatoes & Garlic with Lemon & Black Pepper Olive Oil or a Mushroom, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach Risotto with freshly grated Parmesan. Special diets can always be catered for with prior notice.
Lunch is served between 12pm & 2pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm until 9.00pm on Sundays.
Our Sandwich Menu is available during Saturday afternoons 2pm ~ 6pm.
Dinner is served between 6pm & 9.30pm Monday to Thursday
& 6pm until 10pm Friday & Saturday.
Food is served all day Sunday 12pm until 9pm.
